I hear many people talking about Anaconda, so I downloaded it. So what is its actual usage? What is the difference with just download Python?
Anaconda is freemium open source of the Python programming language. To my surprise, it also includes the R programming languages. Anaconda can be downloaded here. It is also often called Conda and the in the command line interface (CLI) it is also called
conda. Using this CLI command, you can also install new libraries and dependencies.
The great thing about it, is that it already includes highly used packages perfect for Data Science! For example, it includes Pandas by default. A short beginners tutorial for Pandas can be found here.
